What does a finished AI ad cost? · AdPilot

A token subtotal is not an ad cost

Planning is one part of creative production. Media generation, retries, assembly, quality review, storage and delivery also need evidence.

Retain failed and uncertain attempts

A failed request can still have been accepted or billed. Keep provider receipts and recovery state instead of assuming failure means zero charge.

Separate charges and credits

Reviewed invoice observations and credits can establish a known direct subtotal. Supplied invoice evidence is not the same as independent provider API verification.

Do not invent shared allocations

Library footage can be extracted or analyzed once and reused. Without a supported allocation of that shared work, the complete cost of a resulting ad remains unknown.

Complete is an evidence claim

A cost total should stay incomplete when lifecycle categories, pending work or shared allocations remain unresolved. This guide does not claim a measured cost reduction or a public price.
